Own major surfaces of claude.ai and anthropic.com — including design systems, interactive experiences, and data visualization. Lead web initiatives end-to-end and build creative tooling and internal systems.

• Define headless CMS architecture
• Lead web initiatives end-to-end
• Build creative tooling and internal systems
• Partner with platform and security teams
• Establish technical standards
• Build localization infrastructure
• Mentor mid-level engineers

• Senior-level web engineering experience
• Next.js, React, and headless CMS expertise
• Typography, motion, and interaction design skills

Compensation

• $305,000 – $385,000 annually
• Significant equity

Work Style

Remote-friendly (25% minimum in-office). San Francisco or New York. Visa sponsorship available.
