Product Engineer

About the Role

Build the product that helps engineering teams respond to and learn from incidents. incident.io is used by companies like Netflix, Airbnb, and Block to manage their entire incident lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Own features end-to-end, from database schema to pixel-perfect UI
• Build real-time collaborative tools for incident response
• Design APIs and data models for complex workflow automation
• Ship fast — weekly releases, no big-bang deploys
• Work directly with customers to understand their pain points

What We Look For

• Strong product engineering background (Go, TypeScript, React)
• PostgreSQL and event-driven architecture experience
• Comfort with ambiguity and product ownership
• Experience building collaborative real-time applications is a plus

Compensation

• £110,000 – £200,000 + meaningful equity
• Visa sponsorship available
