Senior Product Engineer

About the Role

End-to-end ownership spanning technical architecture, feature design, and product direction at Plain, the AI-powered customer support platform used by Cursor, Raycast, and Granola.

What You'll Do

• Own features end-to-end from architecture to product direction
• Contribute to strategic decisions while shipping customer-focused features
• Work on Core Product (channels and data models) or Developer Infra (internal tools)
• Balance rapid iteration with sustainable infrastructure investments

What We Look For

• Experience with distributed/serverless systems
• Web application expertise
• Backend architecture and data modeling
• API design skills
• B2B SaaS experience
• Product ownership mindset

Compensation

• £90,000 – £140,000 + equity options (London)
• £90,000 – £130,000 + equity options (Remote Europe)
