Senior Product Engineer (AI)

About the Role

Build AI agents, assistants, and insights for Plain’s customer-support platform. Own backend services, AI integrations, evaluation pipelines, and reliability work. The employer seeks an experienced backend engineer who has shipped AI products and worked with LLM orchestration and retrieval systems. This is a London hybrid role requiring three office days each week.

Compensation
