About the Role

Build shared foundations used across Replit’s product teams. Work can focus on backend infrastructure, third-party connectors, reusable product capabilities, or frontend systems. The role includes performance, reliability, security, and architecture decisions. Office attendance in Foster City is required on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Compensation

The employer publishes an annual salary range of USD 225,000 to 320,000. Equity and any bonus are separate from this range. Final compensation depends on the employer’s assessment and applicable location.
