About the Role

Drive adoption of Sanity's AI capabilities by building developer-facing integrations, MCP servers, and growth loops. You'll sit at the intersection of AI tooling and developer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Build AI-powered developer tools and integrations (MCP, AI SDKs)
  • Design growth loops that drive adoption of Sanity's platform
  • Experiment with prompt engineering and agentic workflows
  • Own metrics and iterate based on developer usage data
  • Ship features that make Sanity the default CMS for AI-native apps

What We Look For

  • Senior full-stack engineering (TypeScript, React, Node.js)
  • Experience with AI SDKs, LLMs, or MCP integrations
  • Growth mindset — comfortable with experimentation and metrics
  • Developer tools or platform experience is a plus

About Sanity

Headless CMS and content infrastructure platform. Series C ($130M+ raised). ~200 employees. Used by Nike, Figma, Shopify, and thousands of developers.

Compensation

  • $190,000 – $230,000 + equity

Work Style

Remote (US) or hybrid in San Francisco.
