About the Role

Build systems for beneficial AI deployments at Anthropic. You'll work on applied AI challenges ensuring Claude is deployed safely and effectively across enterprise customers.

What You'll Do

• Build systems for deploying Claude safely across enterprise use cases
• Work on applied AI challenges at the frontier of the field
• Develop evaluation frameworks for model performance
• Create tools and infrastructure for AI safety
• Collaborate with research teams on deployment challenges
• Ship production systems that serve millions of users

What We Look For

• Senior-level engineering experience
• Deep Python expertise
• Experience with AI/ML systems and LLMs
• Understanding of AI safety principles

• Comfort with rapid iteration and ambiguity

Compensation

• $250,000 – $400,000+ total compensation
