Staff Software Engineer

About the Role

Join a small team (~15 people) building the link management and attribution infrastructure that handles tens of billions of analytics events per month. You'll own projects from concept through production.

What You'll Do

• Design APIs, database schemas, and backend systems to power link attribution and conversion tracking
• Optimize infrastructure handling tens of billions of analytics events per month
• Own projects from concept through production
• Support customers and improve developer experience
• Leverage AI tools for internal workflows
• Build pixel-perfect UI alongside robust backend systems

What We Look For

• 8+ years in technical roles at fast-paced startups
• Proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Prisma, MySQL, Redis
• Experience with ClickHouse or similar analytics databases
• Strong systems design skills
• Ability to build pixel-perfect UI as well as scalable backends
• Comfort with autonomous ownership and small team dynamics

Compensation

• Base salary: $180,000 – $240,000
• Equity package
