Senior / Staff Product Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for Product Engineers to help build the future of project management tooling. At Linear, product engineers collaborate with founders and the design team to implement new concepts, build AI-powered features, and refine our real-time collaborative platform.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with founders and design teams to implement new concepts from scratch
• Build AI-powered features into Linear's core platform
• Update the real-time collaborative content editor
• Develop user-facing features with scalable UI components
• Enhance application performance and refine development processes
• Shape best-in-class software development practices

What We Look For

• 5+ years building customer-facing products
• Track record of driving complex end-to-end features with visible product impact
• Strong product sensibility regarding UX, speed, and polish
• Self-directed, full-lifecycle builder
• Experience at startups or high-engineering-bar companies
