IC3/IC4 Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Enterprise)

About the Role

Join Cal.com's enterprise team solving scheduling challenges for major customers. Full-stack work on both frontend and backend systems powering Cal.com's enterprise tier.

What You'll Do

• Build enterprise scheduling features for major customers
• Own the full stack from database to UI
• Work with TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js
• Contribute to Cal.com's open-source codebase
• Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales and customer success teams

What We Look For

• Senior-level full-stack engineering experience
• TypeScript/Node.js expertise
• Understanding of enterprise software requirements
• Experience building scheduling or workflow systems is a plus
• Comfort with open-source development

Compensation

• $100,000 – $120,000 base + equity
• Location-independent salary
