Senior / Staff Fullstack Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for Fullstack Engineers to develop user-facing features across the full stack — from database to UI. You'll enhance data synchronization, implement real-time collaborative editing, and optimize performance across the platform.

What You'll Do

• Develop user-facing features across the full stack (database to UI)
• Enhance data synchronization through improved serialization protocols
• Implement real-time collaborative editing capabilities
• Optimize performance via profiling and virtualized list rendering
• Establish analytics, monitoring, and alerting systems
• Contribute to open-source innovations
• Shape best-in-class software development processes

What We Look For

• 5+ years building customer-facing products
• Deep experience with browser technologies and real-time sync
• Strong performance optimization skills
• Self-directed, full-lifecycle builder
• Experience at startups or high-engineering-bar companies
