• Contribute to the design process from ideation through modular systems
• Collaborate across design, marketing, and engineering teams
• Strengthen technical roadmaps for performance and accessibility
• Provide design systems feedback
• Mentor other design engineers

What We Look For

• 5+ years of design engineering experience
• Next.js and Vercel platform expertise
• CMS platform experience (Payload, Contentful)
• Analytics tools (Amplitude, Heap, Rudderstack)
• SEO and growth experimentation
• Accessibility and performance optimization
• Graphic design skills

Compensation

• $196,000 – $294,000 (San Francisco base, adjusted by location)
• Equity compensation

Work Style

Hybrid — in-office Mon/Tue/Fri at SF, NY, London, or Berlin if within commuting distance; otherwise fully remote within the US.
